Construction Management

We act as your construction manager, coordinating trades, schedule and site operations while you keep full visibility over cost and scope at every stage.

Project Management

Based on your requirements, we work with you, your team and key trades to manage all aspects of the project from the design phase straight through to completion. Pre-construction planning is handled up front, in the most efficient way possible — saving both time and money.

Design-Build

An industry leader in the Design-Build process, we act as your single source of contact through every phase. The method reduces your construction schedule significantly, which means an earlier return on your investment.

A clear, budgeted path to your outcome — developed with integrity, and run as a true partnership from first concept to final handover.

  1. 01

    Preliminary Design & Initial Approvals

    Concept site plans, floor plans and building elevations. We review the project budget, provide costing with building systems and alternatives, set construction timelines and identify delivery concerns for long-lead equipment.

  2. 02

    Final Designs, Approval & Budget

    Final architectural, engineering, mechanical, electrical and process drawings are completed, then a final detailed cost estimate is prepared from the completed drawings and tender results.

  3. 03

    Contract & Construction

    With the stipulated sum established, the Canadian Construction Association standard document forms the basis of contract. From there we carry the general contractor duties detailed in the agreed terms.

PK Construction was founded in 1997 by Ron Puype and Bill Koppens. Since then we have completed numerous projects throughout Southwestern Ontario for industrial, commercial, municipal and institutional clients.
